1

Who we are

FutureHer is currently an early-stage financial wellbeing project operated by its founder. For privacy or data protection questions, contact future.her.support@gmail.com.

2

Information we collect

When someone joins the FutureHer Founding Beta, we may collect:

  • first name
  • email address
  • age range
  • city
  • selected financial goal
  • optional answer about their current money struggle
  • interest in beta testing
  • campaign attribution information such as UTM source, medium and campaign

If a user consents to marketing and analytics tracking, we may also collect website interaction data through Meta Pixel, such as page visits and successful Founding Beta signups.

3

How we use the information

We use information to:

  • manage the Founding Beta waitlist;
  • contact people about FutureHer and beta participation;
  • understand the needs and interests of potential users;
  • improve and develop the FutureHer product;
  • measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns where the user has consented to tracking.
4

Legal bases

Information submitted to join the Founding Beta is processed where necessary to respond to the person's request to join, and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the beta.

Marketing and analytics tracking using Meta Pixel is only used after consent. Where consent is relied upon, it may be withdrawn at any time.

5

Who we share information with

FutureHer may use service providers necessary to operate the website, database, email delivery and analytics. We do not sell personal information. Meta is used only in relation to users who consent to Meta Pixel tracking.

6

International data transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards are relied upon to protect your information.

7

How long we keep information

Founding Beta information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the beta, develop FutureHer and communicate with participants. It is periodically reviewed, and we avoid keeping it longer than needed.

8

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You can also withdraw consent for tracking at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact future.her.support@gmail.com.

9

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your information and we can't resolve it, you may raise it with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10

Cookies and tracking technologies

FutureHer uses essential technologies necessary for the website to function and, only with consent, Meta Pixel for marketing measurement and analytics. You can change your choice through the Cookie Settings link on the website.
